I don't think so. I have very little information about it really, other than its name and the kind of engine it would use.

I assume it's not meant to be powered by an internal combustion engine ?

It is not an ICE, no. Nevertheless, there would be combustion going on. I don't know if the strange shape of the vehicle is related in any way to its proposed mechanicals or not.

The Fibonacci ATV is a concept vehicle that appears in the website of American inventor Merton Pekrul, as a possible application for his Fibonacci engine, a rotary steam engine. I have no idea why the design is so weird, there is no explanation on the site.
