It looks a lot like the Theilhol Citadine seen in https://www.autopuzzles.com/forum/2016-45/solved-wendax-1789-teilhol-citadine/msg387916/#msg387916
And that's because it is a later version of the Teilhol Citadine. If you compare the two versions closely, you'll find that despite the same base structure almost every body panel has been altered. So I thought it legitimate to post this one as a puzzle too.
Specifically, this version of the second-generation Teilhol Citadine is called the Citadine T 450, the short-flat bed version of the T450-T750 diesel-powered range, with the T 450 and T 550 (longer flat bed) being the sans permis commercial models, with the range-topping T750 requiring a regular 'Code A' driving licence to drive, as attached.
