Paul Jaray did Fiats as well as far as I know

Yes, it is a NSU-Fiat with Buhne bodywork following Jaray patents. (The Neckar brand was used from the 1950s after a dispute with NSU.)

We went on leave so I missed to respond :-\

Bur I want to make a note: NSU and NSU-Fiat were two different companies, but do not know details about it.
