1990 Fichtel & Sachs Group C Prototype. Originally raced by Herbert Stenger and currently equipped with BMW E46 motor. The pic in this thread was taken when the car was for sale (listed on eBay) back in 2015. It looks like this today:

While the car shown fits the answer , it does not comply with FIA 1990 Group C regulations   , it is referred to as the only car made by the company , designed by Gunther Sachs , Herbert Stenger used the car in the European Hillclimb championship , this proves that sellers on E Bay often use poetic licence whe describig the item for sale

Yes, it is the Stenger Gruppe C prototype. He calls it an Eigenbau, but it seems to be based on a Sachs.
