2013 Low Volume Vehicle Technical Association (LVVTA) Roadster built by Duncan Cairncross. Actually happened to stumble across this one while looking for the answer to NEH 5309 (https://www.autopuzzles.com/forum/rookie-autopuzzles/neh-5309/).
