I found the promotional sheet that was the source of your image. I'm a former Korean linguist living with three fluent Chinese speakers (my wife and kids), but it takes me some time to work through Japanese. The English portmanteau "Minicar" is apparent; are you looking for more than this? If so, the prominent script immediately above this reads, "Sanyo Kyūichi" (alternatively, "Sanni Kyūichi")*. Let me know if there is more to it that that and I'll get to work on translating additional text.
