Looks like a mish-mash of mid-to-late '90s GT1 championship sportscars with Gen II Viper-inspired styling elements. Independent (Hennessey?) proposal for a Viper-powered GT1 racer?

You're on the right track! It is not Hennessey (really good guess,) but it is a proposal for a Viper race car. Once you find a name and a designer, the point is yours!
