Is this tuning company still active ?
Was it by a tuning company at all or by a Toyota dealer like Weber in Hamm?
It was not a dealer - it was a company for plastic parts.

Yes.
Can information for this car be found on the internet or does it come from a magazine or book?
Both - the photo came from a magazine and I had three google hits.
Not many, but...

Is this tuning company still active ?
I dont think this ever got answered, is it still around?
There is still a company in the same street with that name - only they seem to concentrate on breakdown service and general car services today...

I've found this car tuned by Potthin Testarossa Design
Now this is really hard for me...
Potthin is still a Toyota dealership, but I am quite sure they bought those parts from the company I am still looking for.
So you are not really wrong.
I hope the other puzzlers will not grill me for this, but I herewith award Oguerrerob one point for his intensive search and his persistence. He found one of those cars, that were marketed under different names obviously.
So there is still one more point to get here :)
Kurhofer?
Whooohooo!
Perfect - now this is your very well deserved second point!
Solved!
Thanks for the points!
I'd like to share what I've found.
The Potthin Dealer 1989 Toyota Supra MK3 Turbo Lamborghini Design II modified by Autohaus La Macchina.
The 1990 Toyota Supra MK3 by Kurhofer claimed that there are only 2 of this car
