Looking serious, the driver at least.

For one point, please respond and identify this car.

Yes, it is the 1924 Pe-Ka cyclecar. It has a model name though which might be hard to find. Locked for you.

Yes, that's the technical "Name", but it had a real name (one artificial word).

 "Bug" ?

As I think the name will be a real hard nut to find, I'll award you one point for identifying the Pe-Ka, and I'll leave the puzzle open for everybody else to find the model name.

Unlocked and moved to the pros. One more point available for finding the model name of the Pe-Ka cyclecar.

Ran across this while looking for something else and thought I should put it here:

The three-wheeled small car Peka "Lulawa" from 1924?

Wendax

Well found! I only know one modern book where this name is mentioned, but there are most probably magazines from the 1920s where it can be found, too. I am happy to award you your first point. It doesn't have to travel very far though, staying in the same city.  :)

Hurray! My first point.
I really found the info in an old journal from 1924.
That motivated me to search my archive again today and there I found a very interesting advertisement of a sales company which has sold the Peka tricycle and solves the mystery of the name perfectly!
"LULAWA" = Handelsgesellschaft für Luft-, Land-, Wasser - Fahrzeug-Zubehör m.b.H.
