Well found! I only know one modern book where this name is mentioned, but there are most probably magazines from the 1920s where it can be found, too. I am happy to award you your first point. It doesn't have to travel very far though, staying in the same city.

Hurray! My first point.
I really found the info in an old journal from 1924.
That motivated me to search my archive again today and there I found a very interesting advertisement of a sales company which has sold the Peka tricycle and solves the mystery of the name perfectly!
"LULAWA" = Handelsgesellschaft für Luft-, Land-, Wasser - Fahrzeug-Zubehör m.b.H.
