I suppose there's no reason to be cryptic on this point. This was a camera truck only, not a fully-equipped offsite broadcast vehicle. The camera signals were relayed to another vehicle in the area.
The following must be identified in order to solve the puzzle and earn the point:
a) What was it called?
c) Who built it?
d) Who commissioned it?
e) For what specific purpose was it built?

related to Disney?
No
Now that the puzzle has been solved, I want to explain my response to this question. Disney acquired ABC (and possibly even the rotting carcass of this vehicle) in 1996, but there was no legal affiliation between the two companies at the time the vehicle was constructed and put into use.
