You've more-or-less nailed it! This is the 2017 'LE1 F16 Ground Fighter Jet' by World Class Hot Rods, based on Wally Larson's 2001 'LE1 Ground Fighter'. This heavily-revised version of the Ground Fighter (owned by Wally's son, Mike Larson) is powered by a 572 cid alcohol-burning Keith Black hemi motor, along with two Bob Maddox pulse-jet engines.
