By the way, here is some guidance on what I am looking for with this one:
- Identify the make & model of the vehicle as labeled and presented (no need to identify the manufacturer of the underlying mechanical components)
- Identify the specific venue
- Identify the event by name and year (no need to identify the specific date)
- Identify the driver by name
I anticipate that, for most of you anyway, #1 will be the easiest and #4 the most difficult of the items to solve. Anyone who fully identifies #1, #3 or #4 will earn a 48-hour lock to solve the remaining items.

Found it as "Toyota Gazoo Racing Park". Many events occurred during 2017 but if the puzzle photo was taken at Suzuka, then it was on October 21st-22nd during the Round 7 of Super Formula championship.
Go kart body is meant to look like a Toyota Aqua. The go kart part of the TGRP event is simply called "The Kart".

I just checked again and the venue was not Suzuka. Still locked for you to identify the driver and correct venue.

I think I've found the girl. The number and position of cameras is the same as in the puzzle picture.
Event was : "50th anniversary of Fuji Speedway" on 12/03/2017.
Now what about the girl's name ? Pictures are not captioned in my source, so I can't really relate the pictures to the text. I assume she's among these girls :
- Erina Oda
- Nao Ota
- Satoshi Sato
- Narumi Kuranoo
Am I on the right track ?
I've found other pictures of other girls in the same car as above :

Honestly I have no idea how to tell who's on the puzzle picture. They all have the same helmet, the same dark hair, the same racing suit, the same car with the same cameras in the same position. Can we end the pain now ? ;D (and my wife is starting to wonder why I'm spending my time watching pictures of young Japanese girls...)

Your image shows a different girl, but you have the correct venue and the driver in the puzzle image is among the four girls you've listed.
