Yes, it's a one off. As I said, I haven't found specific information on where it was built, but my strong impression is that it's French.

Yes. There are photos on the internet of it from at least three separate events, plus a video on Youtube from one of those events.

Not that I know of, the events that the online photos were taken at were meetings rather than races. BTW I have found an article about the car which confirms that it is French.

I've been looking for more info for a long time. I found several pics and I know it's called 'Colbert' (it's written on the radiator). It's owned by Robert Asselin.

Yes, you got it! According to what I've read, Mr Asselin, a former airplane pilot, constructed it between 1990 and 98 on the base of a 1976 2CV6.

I never find any proof that he actually built it. I thought of something about his name "Colbert" could be a mix of RoBERT and something else, but nothing more.
