I'll take a guess that this is a Fritchle Electric, built in my home town, Denver CO. I passed by what used to be the factory just tonight.

The point is yours! Actually my sources indicate that it is a Model 31 Brougham, but it's certainly a 1913 Broc Electric, so you answered the original questions correctly.
