Rauh-Welt Begriff ?
I will be shocked if it is! This looks like the installation and modification of a Strosek kit, far below the standards of an Akira Nakai creation.

I don't know if a Strosek kit was the starting point. I see the similarity, especially in the air intake for the rear wheels, but the source doesn't mention it. They might have just copied from one.

This company is not specialized in Porsche. This was a one-off thing.

Obscure tuning company ?
Not really obscure. Two of their works have appeared in AP before, and they have a quite sumptuous website, which the puzzle picture comes from.

one has appeared before. You'll see why I was confused when it is solved. Still, it's a known tuner.

Bravo! :applause:
The other DAMD puzzle:
https://www.autopuzzles.com/forum/2007-35/puzzle-561-solved!-damd-locoboy-van/
and this is the second one I misremembered as being by DAMD (not a puzzle, just a thread in the info section)
https://www.autopuzzles.com/forum/news-information-and-feedback/dean-ancel/
but turned out to be modded by another company called Blooom. Strangely, it seems both companies use the Ancel name, on different cars. Weird.

The 'Ancel' name belongs to DAMD. Blooom sells used Racines, some of which Blooom modifies with bumpers, lights, etc from various aftermarket producers. DAMD is one of these producers. As an example, here is a product shown on the Blooom website:
