It's a Toyota company product badged as a Toyopet.
It's not a prototype but a rare version of a standard model.
Coachbuilder is unknown so just the model name and year to say, so I'll lock it for you until your next reply to see if you can find it.

It was built in 1952 on an SD platform by an unknown coachbuilder.

I couldn't (the picture came from a book) but sometimes you need to Google in Japanese to find these cars, and even then it's very difficult..
