I haven't been able to find many pictures of this car on the web; just the puzzle photo and the one below of it not yet completr.
I can only think the car no longer exists or I'm sure there would be other pictures of it.
One of the questions was 'from when?' but I can tell you it was built in 1971.

This is one of three such 914 Coupes built by Dario Casale in Austria between 1971 and 1972.

As it was not built in the USA, it should rather be called a VW-Porsche than a Porsche.
