Annoyingly I can't seem to find the exact answer for this online, ut I'm pretty sure it's a Dick Burzi styling model for a Morris Minor replacement, which was rejected but eventually begat the Morris Major in Australia...

Ah, the old memory cells haven't packed up just yet!  That's exactly what it is.

It is hard to find on the Internet (though not impossible) but was pictlured in an issue of one of the classic car mags about 30 years ago!
