Yes indeed. My question was a bit misleading, since it suggested that this was a production car, but I suppose the only other way to describe the car is as a special. I presume it was built from mainly period components, which would account for the 1913 date.

Since it's for sale with the same chap that one of my cars is with it was easier than usual for me.
