It's a 1913 Singer 10, but not really a production one!
Barry Clarke built it to the same specification as Lionel Martin's car which was effectively the first Aston Martin.

Yes indeed. My question was a bit misleading, since it suggested that this was a production car, but I suppose the only other way to describe the car is as a special. I presume it was built from mainly period components, which would account for the 1913 date.
