Ha, it is, Ian Tate's car. I had to find it by colour in the large entry list!

Yes. You got there in the end.

I can't find too much about it, but I believe it was built in 1954, or at least based around a '54 engine. I also think it may have been built by Mick Watt in Tasmania.
