Not much I could find about it. This zebra car was shown as Paris Customoi contest for a design for Autolib [electric?] recharge? stations and/or cars.
Only another bit of possible info is creators names could be Yannis Perez and car named dazzle

Yes, it is the Dazzle Car by Yannis Pérez, based on a Bolloré BlueCar, as they were used by Autolib in Paris.
