Not Can-Am, on side of the car it looks like a USRRC logo,! So I belief that it is a Webster Special Sport with I an alloy Oldsmobile 255CI engine.

I thought I'd removed any clues! You're right of course. It's Webster Special #002, built in 1964 for early CanAm style racing but was underpowered when bigger-engined cars came along. Jerry Titus was the regular driver.
