does it happen to be propeller powered?
No
Is it the Bristol 500?
No
It looks like a 1948-ish Fiat Topolino on a different car's chassis, perhaps one front engine, one rear. ???
Yes, you're right this is a Fiat 500 but not from the Italian Fiat. According to the pictures it seems that has 2 engines (front and back) I don't know for sure. About the chassis must be 1940's ( I don't have the date), but the car was built much later.
So locked for you
Please unlock. Thanks though! :)
As you wish. Unlocked
Simca
Yes
I think I mislead this puzzle, I don't know about the two engine thing, so to let you know how is the rear side

What do you mean by this? The images clearly show the same car, in the exact same location, position, time of day, etc.
my opinion: the air vents seems different.
Well, Let me tell you is the same car at the same time. Could it be the angulation what makes you doubt.

Yes. I didn't know nothing about the engine. But the date that I have it's a little later 1972. Missing the name of the builder.
as I remember the builder of this one is unknown
maybe You have the name of the guy who owned this, Grzegorz Jedraszczyk. He owned this car and rented it for some variuos occasions.
He is also known on the web as "ampir"
