Well, in a distant galaxy a long time ago this was a Renault Clio, but after extensive (and IMO ugly) body modifications done by some folks (in I guess) Italy is called Bela. Done by Exclusive Tuning
Don't have much more info other than that I can read on other photos of this car

I didn't know the name, but you've found the car! Apparently Exclusive Tuning it's a part seller. The builder is Carrozzeria Catalani, Cusano Milanino, Milano
