VW T30 1937.

As a 'modern' VW is pictured behind the car, the T30 must be one of the replica's.

My source named W30 not T30, but I don't see the differences. So, You've got a little locked. Please find this replica's builder

Several were made.
I saw a blue one at Essen in 2003, a grey one at d`Ieteren Brussels in 2003.
This one probably for the VW Heritage center Wolfsburg.

In 2000 VW made a red coloured replica of the V3 (or Typ 60) for its heritage center.
Maybe the also made the other ones.

The number plates are not a replication of any kind. They are Bavarian plates issued after the year 2000.
