I have no idea why that's on the car, which is why I didn't delete it. No Abarth or Fiat connection.

Shape & size look like  Junior Formula? I think I saw this on a Saab forum sometime ago, I'm a Saab owner & enthusiast. Wild gues is it Saab powered now?

Yes. In fact it was called the MRS Saab on entry lists, but the letters stand for Mats Ragnarsson Saab. I think Christer Larsson drives the car in modern historic events. Well found - as you said earlier, the car has featured recently on other internet forums.
