I think its the Idemitsu (Banbi) of 1956?

was there more than one model?,I did find the name Bambi ,Im curious if the name Banbi that I found earlier was a typo.

Cleaning up and found these. Notice the different grille on '1001'.

According to Jeremy Risdon's great Pomchi books this puzzle's subject is not an Idemitsu Angel, but a Sanyu Angel. Sanyu Sangyo took over some left over Idemitsu Bambi cars (https://www.autopuzzles.com/forum/2012-41/q775-solved-1955-idemitsu-industries-bambi/) after Idemitsu went bankrupt, modified them slightly and sold them as the Sanyu Angel. So your car #1001 is an Idemitsu Bambi, while the last picture shows a Sanyu Angel. The header of this topic should be changed accordingly.
