I have that down as a PIQUET, based on a DKW and made in Brazil in 1966

Correct. Cristiano began building this one-off in 1965, but he died in an accident before finishing. Cristiano's father completed the car in 1966. It consists of a molded fiberglass body mounted on a shortened DKW chassis.
