With its small turning circle it could be a city racer.

For one point, please respond and identify this car.

norberthanke

This is one of six or seven kids racers that where on display somewhere near Berlin, probably a circus or the like

You probably have the Cuno Bistram from Hamburg in mind (https://www.autopuzzles.com/forum/2011-39/solved-cuno-bistram-1954-siata-004). It is not one of those.

Hamburg-Automobilia

It would have to be a monoposto racing car based on DKW F8 and built in 1946 (some sources also indicate 1945 as the year of construction).
According to my source, the car was built for a Danish racing driver and is now owned by Harry Lund from Denmark.

Yes, locked for you to name the builder and the racing driver it was built for.

Built by Arne Larsen.

Wendax

Yes, Arne Larsen was the driver and one of the builders. Locked for you to add the name of the second builder, an engineer.
