My source simply calls it the Ge-Ma-Hi GeschäftsdDreirad - Business Tricycle, but I've found it online as the PH 23B - The smallest business delivery van in the world!

I wonder how easy it would be to steer around corners with all that weight behind the front wheel.

That's it. Ma and Hi stood for the two company founders Marquardt and Hillmann, Ge perhaps for Gesellschaft (company).
