Front Fiat Topolino, back Fiat 500 = interimsmodel

It is based on a Fiat Topolino, but its not any kind of interim model from Fiat.

That's the only picture I've ever seen of it.
I know it's on the Wheels of Italy site but I saw it in Alessandro Sannia's Carozzerie Encyclopedia.
