Scammell Scarab Vanette?
Not many of those have survived but I think the picture below is of the same 1962 vehicle:

That's it! The spelling differs, some say Scarabvanette, others Scarab Vanette.

D-type

As the 3-wheeled "mechanical horse" had the model designation "Scarab" I would think that "Scarab Vanette" is the correct name.  Admittedly the signwriting is ambiguous but it does include a capital "V".
