There's not much I know about this one..
I'd like to know the year it was built, the name and the engine of this car.

To go back in two year steps was not the best idea. But you are very close now. ;D
The Ford engine however was a different one is correctly guessed. I have it as Ford Vedette (Simca, Matford ,,Aquilon") 2L engine which was apparently re-named to F-472 later.
This racing engine however was modified with hemispherical combustion chambers.
