Apparently, the car is from 1992 and simply called "roadster".

"The 1992 Warlock Sports roadster is a one of a kind with pure performance. Featuring: Unique bi-lateral steel box tubing lattice chassis, 17" wheels, 13" brakes, carbon fiber body with pan skin. The Eagle engine is a fuel injected 621 cu in 10 liter V"

I think this car has been also known as Roaring Twenties Python.

It is just according to what I've found on the net too and according to a couple of books:

QuoteThe Python, announced in 1991, was supposed to be a high-tech sports car with a stainless-steel honeycombed chassis and carbon-fiber body. Power was to have been from a 10-liter aluminium V-8, but it does not appear to have made it into production
From a description of the Roaring Twenties in the Big Guide

It sounds strangely like a pre-pro Viper name. Also with a V10.

From the front, the Python/Warlock doesn't look much like a Viper...

Here is an advertisement for the Roaring Twenties Python (which contains the original puzzle image):

After further research: A single Warlock/Python roadster was built.  The Warlock was the early version with popup headlights, and was painted black.  The later red version with covered headlights was called the Python.
