It's an East German VW Special with a BMW engine, driven by W.Weichold an built by Walter Grün. The name seems to be a little bit confusing. It was named after the entrant the Betriebssportgemeinschaft Chemie Wolfen. (BSG Chemie Wolfen Fahrzeug 2)
