I saw this when I was randomly searching up pictures of the Lancia Y, It's a homemade project that's powered by a 2.0-Liter supercharged engine. Naturally it sports the Lancia-Martini design and has a Lancia grill, and many articles claims its one of the ugliest cars they've seen. I wouldn't blame them...  ::)

Built and owned by Signani Ilario/Magic Motors of Revenna, Italy. Said to be powered by a twin-turbocharged (and/or supercharged) Lancia Delta S4 engine (see pics below).
