I think this is a Devinci Classic, from France. An electric retro racer.

Yes, its full name seems to be Devinci Classic D417. One more point for you.

This shot doesn't do this vehicle justice. The website shows a beautifully engineered car with hydraulic swing axle independent suspension all round. It has a space frame. Lots of interesting details. Apparently Ari Vatanen owns one, so it must be pretty good to be able to satisfy him. Very swish website too.  8)

Devinci launched a new model earlier this month at Retromobile in Paris; the DS718.
