It is a truck called "Motorhund" which was built by the Vorweg-Motoren-GmbH Frankfurt am Main in Germany and was presented at the Berlin Motor Show 1926.

A motor on a 60 cm wide axle and a support wheel at the back. To pull or push trailers with one axle.
