Yes,
locked for you to find the manufacturer to which it seems to be connected (not sure, if it was built by them or just based on one of their products).

The Platt 50 seems to have been built in the Japanese town of Takeoka, where Toyota has a production facility, so could it have been made by an employee/subsidiary of Toyota?
I guess your Japanese is at last as good as mine, but Takeoka is the name I was after, not as the town, but the company somehow connected to it.
