Yes
To clarify, there were three entities involved. The base vehicle was the result of a joint effort between two Australian entities, and then there was a third entity which made minor modifications to the vehicle. All of this took place in Australia.

One of the two companies is still active and its website contains a photo of the base vehicle, even though that vehicle has long since been out of production. As for the second company, there is an existing company with the same name, founded around the same time, which deals in completely different products. I am not sure if the original company no longer exists or if it has changed its entire business model, but I would guess the former.
