No, but I'd say it was built from a new DKW F89, so first half of the 1950s.

It is a body of the company Gebrüder Schlömer Fahrzeugbau Köln-Sülz on the basis of an early DKW F89 Universal.
Made as a delivery van for the Handelsgesellschaft (trading company) "Noris" - Köln-Braunsfeld.
