I'm sorry, I wrote no, although this brand was lit up at the famous automobile competitions in France in 1906.

The fact is that the site (Automania) where there was information about this brand is not working now, I can't check it, sorry. But I remember that either 1905-1906, or 1904-1906

Automania is still working normally but it's probably no longer accessible to users in Russia, probably along with other sites I imagine.
It loads, but no further than the letter A. Tried through the independent Tor browser, which changes the geolocation, but to no avail. But if so, then, perhaps, soon I will not be on this site.

That would be a pity Fedor. We won't be banning you but then not everything is up to us...
You'll have to petition Mr Putin!

Auto Stand?
Correct solution
As far as I know the make Auto-Stand does not exist. Auto-Stand was a Parisian car agency selling De Dion-Bouton, but also numerous occasions of different makes. What I see is an older Panhard & Levassor of ca 1902, which car was apparently lent to the magazine Armes et Sports for visiting and photographing the Circuit d'Auvergne, where the Gordon Bennett Cup was held in June 1905.
It's 1906
Your photo was published in Armes et Sports 30 Juin 1905 p.236 in an article on the 1905 Gordon Bennett races. During the 1906 Coupe de Voiturettes Pellegrin maybe drove an Auto-Stand, but on the uploaded photo the car is clearly a De Dion-Bouton indeed. Badge-engineering, as this is called.
