Not Tonello.
His "Officine Meccaniche _______" were active in the late 20s. I do not know of any car produced by them, This was his only documented effort, in this field, but they did other vehicles too.

Yes. He had a repair shop, he rectified crankshafts, patented a vaporizer for gasoline engines and modified light trucks' rear in double axes ones. It was also known with an acronim. 2 letters are quite easy.

Back to this for a moment... Are you saying that this company produced vehicles other than cars? If so, did the company produce trucks?

Yes, I found some references to some vehicles made by them. Tractors more than trucks.
