no, it was built in a bigger city and apparently this is the only one car built in that city.

I think that may be a 40 h.p. Dolphin, built by the Two-Stroke Engine Co. Ltd, Shoreham and the engine for it was designed by Harry Ricardo, a cousin of the company's owner.
