I found this car on the website of a Hungarian school. But the name of this car is not Hungarian and I don't think it was built in Hungary either

Let me give you a few clues, so you can solve this:
- after all I think the car was indeed designed in Hungary, but it was an international effort, involving an Italian architect, a group of modellers in China and a university in Hungary.
- The name refers to the size and function of this vehicle
- This was a one-off
