It's a Hotchkiss-Grégoire saloon by Chapron. I'm not sure if it had a model name but this style of Chapron saloon was usually called a Monceau

Yes ! one of 3 copies of the Hotchkiss-Grégoire saloon by Chapron , in 1956 !

Looks to be the 1954 Hotchkiss-Grégoire Berline by Chapron, as recently auctioned by Artcurial.
