What is this?
(not so hard as it seems)
Thi one is not a selfbuilt, custom, homebuilt, scratch-assempled but one of the microcars of its era.
Italian?
Ravasi?
Not Italian\Ravasi.
Poland?
Not Poland..
from Eastern Europe at all?
Not east Europe.
French?
Oui!
50s? Second half?
Nox2
Very late 40s?
Nope...
30s then?
Yep.
Colin?
Not Colin...
I won't give clues on this one.
It's a French microcar of the 30s: there were many of them, but once you eliminate the known one from the list, there are few names remaining...
Leon Rambert?
Made by Allan?
What car is this?
One point for a full and informative answer
No thoughts from the rookies but perhaps the experts will know
Unfinished?
I know very little about it except it was a prototype - it looks unfinished but I don't know anything more except the name. If you have more information?
Rolux?
Rolux - not that
Is it Spanish?
Not Spanish
Time for the Pros to have a go
Terrot Lambert Prototype
That's it Joao.
Another point for you.
Another view:
...available in white also.
Four cars were made by the coachbuilder Rambert et Fils of Clermont-Ferrand, better known for bus bodywork. Originally powered by a Staud engine, the surviving car has a Terrot 350 HCTL engine.
It has erroneously been identified as a Terrot-Lambert in a different puzzle: http://www.autopuzzles.com/forum/index.php?topic=14714
These two puzzles should be merged.
It should be merged with this one: http://www.autopuzzles.com/forum/index.php?topic=10372
Done!
Who built this car and when? A point is waiting for you!
Experts?
I have very little idea, so this is my only guess!......Rudolf Vykoukal ?
no, not from Czechoslovakia
.....despite some pre-war elements, was it built in 1946 ?
no, it was built in the 1930s
Italy?
no
Europe?
yes
Spain?
no
Italy?
still no (it is from France)
I will hazard a guess at 1939, and another guess at Paul Vallée as the constructor
I don't have an exact year, but the builder is very, very, very obscure
Professionals?
Leon Rambert 1934-35
no
just for comparison
Oh well. Now what should I do? I assume the guy took one of the Leon Rambert cars, put a different badge on it and told everyone he built it himself. This is what the caption says and I did not check whether it was true. Should I declare this solved?
We've had the Leon Rambert (twice) before: https://www.autopuzzles.com/forum/2011-39/solved-pj281-leon-rambert-1934-35/
It seems the Leon Rambert white model rebadged. Anyway I have the car name and this picture. The grandchild wrote a history about the car. He said, that his father (the young one in the picture) helped his grandfather to built it. Then, They used to ride the car on sundays.
Did you intend to delete the whole thread Pal, including the original puzzle?
When you delete a thread it goes to News, Information and Feedback of course so it can be rescued caseneed and is not lost forever if it was not the intention to delete all of it!
Why don't we just merge it with the existing Leon Rambert thread?
okay, you can merge it. sorry I will only have time in a few days
Done

Here is what I have in my HD
LeRisbé 1935 Havre, Normandie, France
I'm pretty sure it is a case of someone not being able to decipher the name on the radiator: it is Leon Rambert, not Le Risbé. :)
Where I'd found it, a FB group, it was identified as LeRisbé, as the surname of the builder. Maybe you're right, I can't tell
