There was a relatively well known French car manufacturer in the 1920s, with a hyphen, and the 2nd name was the same as the builder of this car.

Yes, this is Karl Schneider's self-built car, which was shown at the 1971 Geneva Motor Show, together with the Diba GTC, the Ogo Phantom and a couple other other one-off automobiles

The year is not correct. It was built by Karl Schneider over the years from 1963 to 1967.

Thanks Wendax, you are absolutely right. Horrible mistake. I took the date as the photo of the puzzle car has been published in a magazine.
