In some ways (grill, fog lights) this one reminds a Peugeot prototype of some kind...

Kind of hard to image the modification was done by a company, comes across more as a private modification where somebody used a VW Golf Votex 4 headlight grille and used it to replace the Renault 5 original headlights and leaving the original headlight opening above the grille as is.

Anyway, was the modification made in France then?
