Looks a lot like the 1100cc 200 mile race Newton (sometimes referred to as Newton-Ceirano) but could be bigger than that. . .
Opinionated but sometimes wrong

1922 Fiat 804, driver Felice Nazzaro?

BERTRAND

ropat53, locked for you.  not 1922, but very close, it's a Fiat but not a 804

ropat53

1921 Fiat 801, driver Pietro Bordino.

BERTRAND

not 801 but 1921 is correct.  Still locked

I think the correct answer was 801.
The picture was taken at the Italian Grand Prix in 1921.
All Italian sources identify the car as 801/402

I have found contradicting sources, some stating the car is a Fiat 801-401 and others that it's a Fiat 802-402
Attached is a picture from Stellantis site.
